Hot at the top
At the moment it is hard to remember what warm weather feels like over here in the UK, but at times last summer the house felt very warm and stuffy and I was thinking of getting a ceiling fan, similar to the ones I have used when I have stayed in hot countries in the Med.
Obviously this is not an everyday item to buy in Britain but you can shop easily online and choose from a big selection. There is a site called Farreys that is well designed and you do no have to spend hours searching for the things that you want. The whole process is fast and simple, allowing you to search by brand, function or price. So if you saw a particular make that you wanted - like monte carlo ceiling fans - you can go straight there and place your order.
Why am I thinking about buying ceiling fans in the middle of winter? Because it will probably take us six months to get round to fitting it on the ceiling!
