I work too hard
Well, I think I do - that is my excuse. I spend so long writing for my Adsense sites that I never seem to have time to get ahead with cooking. Last year I bought a toaster oven and, left to my own devices, that is what I use to prepare a meal in the evening. I have got out of the habit of thinking ahead about what to have for dinner when my partner is not around, and I have really started to act like a student again! I remember the heyday of the toaster oven was really in the eighties and over here they fell out of favour for a few years. When I got the idea of buying one I actually had to do quite a bit of searching - they were being marketed under fancy search terms like panini maker, with a price tag to mtach. At the end of the day they are no different from a simple toaster oven and I eventually found mine on eBay rather than the main online stores, who were asking a premium price. But now I have found a big selection at wize.com so if you are in the US you can find one there.
