If you are visiting London, here is some good news - it does not have to cost a fortune to make the most of the capital. You can buy a special London Pass, a plastic card that gets you free admission to the best paid visitor attractions. You can choose a pass lasting anything from one day up to six days, then you get unlimited access to all the member tourist venues. This is a valuable card because it gives admission to some of my favourite places in town, and it will save you a fortune. Because these are very popular, there are normally swarms of people trying to get in, but with your pass you go straight to the front of the queue. You can sail into the London Aquarium at County Hall, the Regent’s Park London Zoo and of course the Tower of London. You would have to queue for ages to get into the Tower, so make sure you get your pass in advance.
