I have probably mentioned that I also started investing in buy to let property this year alongside my Adsense sites.  This has been a difficult time in real estate, both in the UK and the US.  I comfort myself with the fact that the population over here is growing at a higher rate than it has done in many years, and there will always be demand for good housing.
