In one of the buy to let properties I viewed recently there was an interesting arrangement of fitted furniture. In the living room was a built in cupboard from floor to ceiling at the side of the chimney, plus a very roomy understairs cupboards. Then in the third bedroom the vendors had installed one of the modern platform beds to make maximum use of limited space.
